Hi, my Transalp has done only 25,000kms, just want to find out, how long can the cdi last. At 21,000kms it failed, the tachometer went dead, but the bike could still move on one cylinder. After refueling and a short rest, it could fire up again and both cylinder was back to normal, and ever since, no trouble at all. I have two new cdi, but waiting for the old ones to go off and fix the new pairs.
Thanks
