Does this bike come equipped with all weather tyres? Is it suitable to ride it under say -2 temperatures during the winter or when it´s rainy and freezing at the same time? Do I have to change still new tyres (as I just bought my scoot in September) into all weather ones? I have the scooter for 3 month now. The weather can be unpredictable and if evening was nice the 5am in the morning can have ice on the road and I have to be on the road at 5-6am. Thank you very much! Tia
