Well i have just bought a 2003 model and i tell you what the power is excellent. top speed is 53MPH but ive managed to get it to 58mph with no mod. Which i think is great concidering i am 20 stone. I manage comfortably at 45-48mph on hot days and 40-45 on cold days. Just remember this is not a bike for speed it is to be comfortabe on. I would over all give it 10/10 as i have had no problems with it. Its still got is origanal parts on it and the owners before me have not had a problem with it. In 4 years it has only needed new oil and that is cheap enough since it is a 4 stroke 102 cc scooter. A 100cc scooter is really rare to find with a 4 stroke engine. Ow and before i go i have to say i have been asked by many people if it is 180cc and 250cc. So if you plan to buy a 100cc scooter get the honda lead it is a really good scooter.
