| Hi Bill, Did you ever figure our your cold start problem. my scv taken 2/3 presses of the electric starter to get it going from cold but it starts hot first time. I havent done any maintenance on it yet other than an oil change but if you have found anything that has helped let me know. Cheers Brian |
