I love this bike. It was the last year they made the Electraglide sport, the next year they came out with the RoadKing.
The only complaint I had, was after owning the bike the first year,(bought new) it broke down. Seems HD put weak primary belt pulleys in the early
production models, and the pin that held the pulley on the main shaft, would shear due to the torque. The mechanic knew right away what the prob. was.
The shop fixed it, and covered the warranty, but
I felt Harley Davidson should have sent out recall notices. Glad it happened just a few miles from home, or else......?
