I need info. on the ruckus

I am considering buying a ruckus for my father on his 60th birthday. He is about 200 pounds, and i wasnt sure if it would carry him well. I would like to know what the top speed is of the ruckus. He is going to ride it to work, which is about 3 miles each way, on secondary roads. I think he needs somthing that runs about 35 mph. If you have info., please email me!
