Hi,
Have 2013 ruckus, been running sluggish since bought 2 months ago.
Replaced with Honda carb, changed To new battery 12.7 volts.
Problem no is turn key, and the speedometer light, break lights, horn all work for about one second before
Cutting out each time w key to on ?
No fuses blown, did place new blue start Honda relay..
Gone all over bike to look for something ?.
Did notice 15amp red fuse has only 1.4 volts ?? Fuse good !
Inter changed both parallel relays to the left of blinker relay. No difference.
Could this be bad ECU ?
Have checked all grounds !
Appreciate anyone’s help, thanking you in kind.
