Adding oil to 2001 Honda Reflex ABS

Adding oil to 2001 Honda Reflex ABS

purchased a used reflex. Previous owner lost the owners manual. I checked the oil gauge. Oil is low. The dip stick doesn´t have a line to indicate how full it should be filled. Stick covered with X´x.

Do I fill it up to the top,or is there a certain amount that is required. Please help.
