My reflex sat for a year due to hurricanes. Now when I start it it won´t run at more than 3500 rpm. Tried fuel system cleaner and fresh gas and it will occasionally reach 5000 on the stand but not on the road. Don´t know what to look at next. Any suggestions appreciated.
