I´ve had mine for 2 years now and just love it! I´m sure both of your wives are going to love it also. I live in New England and no rust anywhere on it. And the maintenance - nothing but an oil change. I take the bike on the highway to go to work and yes it is quite an experience. But I do enjoy just cruising on the back roads here in Rhode Island.
