It seems when you modify the engine it creates more harmonics and is difficult to keep the inner primary bolts that mount to the engine, tight. I used the factory torque specs but after loosing a few sets of bolts and alot of primary fluid, I decided to use red lock-tite and then safety wire the bolts. No problems yet!
