| I´ve owned my NX since 1997 when I bought it for 2000$Cnd. It was in perfect shape having been stored for 7 years. Besides it only had 6000Kms on it. Since then, I have this to say about the bike. (I´ll try to be a good critic) This is definitely NOT a dirt bike. If you plan do do some heavy off roading with this bike.....you´ll destroy it in no time. Don´t get me wrong, its a great bike but the rear and front suspensions are way too soft (the bike is heavy for a 250)...if you keep em stock of course. The tires (the original Trail Wings) are SUICIDAL on any loose surface and the fairing scratches easyly (if you care about asthetics) Now....for the good part....Its got good power, its liquid cooled..its super smooth and fun to drive anywhere. Its great on gas. (I´m a motorcycle instructor so I know this....This is one of the best starter bikes out there) Anyone can drive it. Its got a low seat and a nice finish. Final virdict......I love this bike but strictkly onroad. If you see one in good shape buy it. If you have any questions...just ask me....I´m never getting rid of this bike |
