Hi Mate

look up nsr 250 on the web, there is a page called something like NSR world .com. there is free info on how to derestrict it. basically all NSR´s are restricted from the factory to suit jap rules. it´s really simple on the PGM II - splicing a couple of wires, all of a sudden 2000RPM more and well in excess of 180KPH.
