Last year I ordered a custom bike directly from Bill Rucker and have still not received it and the only response Bill and Shaun have been able to provide is that their top painter left them. I wish I would have gotten out when Carl left the company as Bill Rucker is nothing more than a lying rip-off who steals money from unsuspecting customers. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKES AND PURCHASE SOMETHING ELSE - AT LEAST YOU WILL HAVE SOMETHING TO RIDE ON OTHER THAN HAVING TO LOOK AT $40K LOST TO THE WIND!!!
