1800 VTX COBRA EXHUAST -- NO BAFFLE´S ??? HELP!!

I have a 05, 1800c vtx, With cobra slash cut pipe´s with removable baffle´s, With a cobra power commander,,, Can I safely remove and run the bike without the baffle´s installed in the muffler´s?
Or will this cause engine damage? Any advice or help is very welcomed,,, Thank´s to all response´s,,,
