Yes the 1300cc is a world of a differance than an 800cc. My first bike was a 500cc. I upgraded to the C50T after two seasons of riding. And the C50T has plenty enough power. Plus it comes with everything on it. The windshield, sissy bar, saddle-bags, white-wall tires and spoke wheels. You are going to have to buy all that stuff separate with the VTX1300R. I almost bought one myself when I was bike looking. But I am very, very glad I chose the C50T. Plus it is way more comfortable than the Honda VTX1300R. So go with the C50T. You won´t be disappointed. Most people I know have bike envy of my C50T. Looks like a Harley, but cost a 1/3 of the price.
