Just bought an ´05 Metropolitan for my daughter. 205 miles on it. No owners manual. I´d like one. Also, when I lift the seat there is a yellow lever that is lock and unlock in its two positions, but I can´t figure out what this does??? Also, what does it take for a coolant? Thanks
