Would you please be able to tell me if the Honda Metropolitan is legal to ride in New Jersey. Also, do i need special Driver´s license, registration and insurance?
I thank you in advance for your answer. I can´t afford a car and winter is coming, i am looking for a way to bring my 7 y/o daughter to/from school in a safe / legal way.
