I need to set up my RG 125F power valve and require the correct settings. The power valve servo-motor was open when I purchased the bike and the bike is sluggish on acceleration.

what is the voltage output from the servo on switch ON and what should the Voltage output be when fully open.? Must the servo drive rotate when the ignition is switched on?
