how can i upgrate my MAGNA 250 to50 hp?

I am the owner of a 2nd hand magna 250.I love my magna.I just want to add some more horse power without changing the great look of my bike.A
friend of mine claims that somebody is selling a magna 250cc that has 50 hp.Is that possible?Is he a big fat liar?And if it´s possible how can I do it?
