I own a 05 Vfr800fi I was wondering about 24000 service. Has anyone needed to have the valve clearances adjusted as my bike is as quiet as the day I picked it up from the Honda dealers shop brand new!! The 24k check is a very expensive service. Not adjusting the valve clearances I know will void my warranty. Is it worth taking the risk? I have owned a couple of VFR750´s and did 90.000ks on one and 87.000ks on the other. Apart from regular oil and filter changes nothing else was touched on either bike. I look forward to your comments. Cheers and keep the shiny side up. KK
