I have done 1568 ks on my 05 VFR man what a machine. what with it´s stunning looks and awesome riding position, makes me want to ride the thing all day. I traded an 04 Triumph Speed triple on my VFR as I got married and the Speed triple whilst being a very good bike it is not pillion friendly. So I considered another Triumph namely a Sprint. But to kit it out with factory panniers and Top box and plate it was going to cost me $27500 NZ dollars. So I went to our local Honda dealer took the VFR out for a test ride and It grabbed me, and I couldn´t get back soon enough to sign on the dotted line. Being 60 years young and also a below knee amputee the linked brake system really is superb for a disabled person like myself. I have factory luggage coming for it and my wife and I will be of to tour New Zealand on it. It will be suited to the nature of our roading infrastructure in New Zealand as we have the very best motorcycle roads in the world, quoted by many people who have ridden here. The only modification I will do is to change the front sprocket as the gearing is a little long legged for our conditions. A superb bike well done Honda you are the pick of the Japers in my book. Got to go now and get 2 to 300 ks under my belt on the new and Improved VFR you have just got to get this machine all positives in my book not one negative.. WOW what a bike!!!!!!!
