Oil Change?

Can anyone offer any advise on how to change the oil from my 2009 Derbi Bullet? I´m at about 500km and was told by my vendor that I should change it at 1000km. I was also made aware that I should be filling the oil slightly with each gas re-fill as it consumes a combination of gas and oil.

I realize these questions are rather novice, but I´m a first-time scooter user with little mechanical experience.

Any help on oild changes and general mechanical up-keep of this vehicle would be greatly appreciated!!
