Ya they do this.I unplugged the sensor under the tank,and put a switch on it.it will plug into the two wires that run to the sensor.all you need is the switch. Then just turn it on when you are in town or see it start to warm up past half way.lot easier on the engine.if you look up under the left side of the tank and follow the rad house.you´ll see two wires that plug into the sensor.rad house runs to it as well.unplug both sides,and with the key on touch them together. Make sure the metal ends are touching. The rad fan should start immediately. That´s just to be sure its the right two.there´s only two there so should be easy to find.plug a normal vechile accessory switch into them.it should turn the fan on and off when your key is on.easy simple fix
