We have a 2002 Honda Goldwing with the intercom system set up so that we can listen to the radio or talk to each other through the microphones on our helmets. (We also have a CB radio that we have rarely used.) We had an old Rio MP3 player that worked fine with the bike, but we can´t seem to get our iPods to play through the audio system. We have followed the instructions for AUX usage that are given in the manual, but we cannot get the iPods to play either through the bike´s speaker or through the headphones.

Is our 02 bike´s audio technology too old for 08 and 09 iPods, do we need some kind of adapter, or are we just doing something wrong?
