hi, i just purchased a new starter for my 02 1800 honda goldwing. while its in the bike it will not turn over. we take it out of the bike hook it up to my truck and it turns slow. we need to know how fast is it surpossed to turn is it like a car starter to where it will rip your arm off,or no please help
