If you remove the back seat (unlock, then pull up hard on the two levers attached to the helmet locks), the seat will come off and the trunk goes in its place. I am not aware of a backrest that fits on the front seat (mine goes on the back one), or a trunk that goes on behind the back seat - if its so that must be an aftermarket modification.
