Tony,

Take off the side covers and at the rear [ortion of the seat follow the edge of the seat and the plastic will curve down and you will find a 12 mm bolt on each side of the seat. There is a collar between the bolt and the seat ... do not lose it as it is a very important spacer and needs to go back there when you put the seat back on.
