80 GS250T Fuel pouring out of left carb when reved

So i just bought a super clean 80 GS250T its only got 4758 miles on it. My issue is after installing a new battery I got her fired up only to notice a ton of fuel pouring out of the left carb. Any help as to what might cause this is greatly appreciated.
