Front master cylinder???

Front master cylinder???

Front master cylinder???

I am trying to get my dads old bike running and im running into some troubles i cant seem to find a front master cylinder for the brake, are there anyother ways to get around this. are there others that will fit with out me buyin gthem and figuring out they wont. could really use the help thanks.
