Drive train noise?

I just bought a 88 1500 with 21,000 miles and it runs great. But it starts whining at 65 mph. Stops about 80 mph. It´s a drivetrain noise. Goes away all together at 95 (or when I let off the throttle), but I can´t drive that fast all the time!
