My 1989 GL 1500 started having an issue with the lights/gauges/reverse/+ several weeks ago. At first, every now and then when you turn on the key, the lights (and everything else mentioned) would not come on. Turn key off and back on and everything worked. Now, most of the time they do not work. Only riding in daylight for now. Haven´t had time to tear into it. To me it acts like a loose connection...sometimes you hit a bump and the lights come on. Sometimes you pull the front brake and the lights come on. They´ll stay on for a few seconds or a few hours. Any suggestions on where to look first? By the way, this has been converted to Mototrike. I hate to have to take off all the trike body if I don´t have to. Thanks
