| OK lets fast forward a few years to Oct of 2009. Any of the GL 1200´s that you can find in good shape from $1500. to $3500. is a very good deal indeed. The parts are easy to come by and there is many places that have just about anything you need to keep your bike running great and looking good also. Some body parts might take a little looking but they are there. I bought my GL 1200 this summer with 99K miles on it. Put new tires, brakes, plugs, and belts in it and have a grand total of $3000. into it. I am damn pleased with it and it runs, handles and looks great. It also came with all its shop records so it was well maintained throughout its life so far. |
