Brakes locking up

my rear brake keeps locking up as it warms up..I want to loosen the pads a little as the are dragging. Once it cools down it moves again but after 30 mins of driving it starts to tighten up...to adjust the pads do I just loosen the allen screw in the rear of the caliper?
