Rear brakes not working after storing 3 years

Hi Folks, Just brought a ´82 out of storage after 3 years. All functioning but rear brakes. Worked fine before storage. Any ideas? Fluid level fine. Front brakes fine. Possible troblshooting suggestions? Any help appreciated.
