I have had my 8- GL1100 since 93 when I bought it and have only heard of 1 audible indicator what so ever on the bike and it is the turn signal indicator when sitting still and up to about 45 MPH it will be a clicking sound when speeds exceed 45MPH it will change to a beeping sound when the blinker illuminates. Other than that I know of no other audible indicators of anything that the bike will do.
