If the bike has not been running in a while I would start with ALL fresh fluids.Drain the gas tank,empty the bowls.Get a repair manual and follow procedure for timing carefully.Make sure the marks on the timing belts are lined up.May as well replace them since you have the covers off.NAPA sells replacement belts for a good price.(NAPA # 250274) You can still get points for these or a elec.ign. from Dyna-S for about $120.00.
