I just purchased a gl1000 1975 and it seems to run great, but I calculated my mpg on my first tank of gas and it came out to less than 20 !!!!
I seem to be idling way too high, I turned the idle air screw all the way out and it was still idling around 2000 rpm. hmm. is that burning off all of my gas? or is the bike just possibly running way too rich?
I can give more info if needed...anyone have any advice?
