2007 Adley supersonic 125cc. Imported by a bicycle shop owner and smuggled into the country in a crate of bicycles according to him. Never sold, Registered or licensed. He did not even receive an MCO, He told me because the bike was not yet DOT approved for import to America. 101 miles on it now as I´ve been Riding it some. I need help from someone and how can I get this registered and get a license plate on it and preferably titled as well. Everything I´ve tried with my County treasurer´s office has been stonewalled. If anyone has any ideas or knows how to get this bike legal please call me at 515-206-3890. I live in Iowa,central time.call anytime between 10am and 10pm. Thanks for any help -Craig
