having carb problems, runs if I pull out float valve but doesnt run if I install float needle valve, not getting fuel and not sure where vacuum hoses go, looks like one connection to carb and 2 connections to fuel petcock, it starts when fuel is sprayed into carb, have cleaned carb twice, thks tony
