2000 zx9r not getting enough air/ fuel

My bike was riding ok for a Lil while then it´s started to die out on me and then it totally stopped running, I think it may be the fuel filter or maybe the carbs but not sure, she was sitting for al
Almost 2 years so I think the lines are clogged but not sure what the problem could be, ??
