My 2007 cpi xs 250 quad bike has problem can anyone help

Hi I´m having problem with my cpi xs 250
It runs fine and starts has no problems there
Sept it says in in reverse and won´t come out yet I can move
From drive to reverse and it will go forward but because it says
It´s in reverse it limited because thinks on reverse dos anyone no
How to fix this I would be so great full for some help u can text me on 07850446686
