Can someone tell me more about how to start this beast? My 2003 with 9700 miles is a cold starter, and I´d like to know the starting sequence that gets her cranked quickly. I note that my choke may not be working well. Also, any suggestions on maintenance or the schedule of maintenance to be followed would help. Thanks.
