high speed stall

high speed stall

the bike has got 80,000 miles on it.I will be going along on the freeway and it will act like its running out of gas and stall. I will coast to the shoulder and it will restart after a minute or so. The carbs were rebuilt thinking this might help but no.Any ideas?
