I purchased it used (scooter was too big for the 85 pound girl). It only had 150 miles after a year. There is no local dealer in San Francisco area.

It will soon need an oil change. Is there a filter? Any instructions on how to do it available?

It seems to have speakers and there is a knob on the dashboard for some sort of amplifier...but there is no apparent way to hook up any external audio source--there´s also a built in antennae. Anyone with knowledge on how to access the amp (or verify there is one) please provide info.
