´95 Elite 80 with 3700 miles was running well for first 200 miles this summer, but just recently engine began struggling to gain power. Top speed reduced to 35 mph and climbing hills is increasingly difficult. Feels like carb is starving for either air or gas, maybe both? Was in storage for five years and not run. Sudden opening of the throttle only seems waste gas with no improvement in acceleration.
