I would go with more CC´s. I´m 210 lbs. My 1994 elite 80 with 2100 mi. will only do 43 mph on flat ground,no wind, and wide open. Down to 35 up a grade, all this wide open throttle. The manual says no wide open throttle during 600 mi. break-in period.
