My brake light was stuck on so i too k front drum off, cleaned it, replaced spring. Shoes are fine. I put it back together just like it was and now i have 5% braking with leaver all in to the bars and it sticks n wont return w out pushing it back. The drum arm actuates brake fine but cable wont. Leaver just sticks and its not a binding cable. Any ideas? Worked before
