How do you get at the headlight bulb?

I need to replace it and took off the panel surrounding the light glass but couldn´t get at the bulb. There is a screw visible inside the small lockable compartment but I´m not sure what it will release if I undo it. Do I have to take off the entire front panel?

Is there anywhere one can download a basic manual for a Dylan?
