Hello,looking out for help on how to get my Dio [that was passed on to me]back on the road.The old man that owned it passed away and the bike has not moved for over 6 years!The engine starts but that is all there is zero power and the engine almost stalls when I twist the throttle.Can someone give me some advice on how to fix it because I don,t want the bike to pass away as well.
